  1. Dhal is to be fried with 2 green chillies 1 spoon jeera turmeric powder 2 garlic cloves 3 tomatoes
  2. After 3- 4 whistles mash the dal.
  3. Heat the pan pour the oil add mustard, fenugreek, green chilli jeera,curry leaves and chopped onion after get frying add 2 teaspoon of sambar powder fry it for 30 Seconds and add this to cooked dhal
  4. Add 1 cup of hot water in it allow it to cook for 5 mins then the easy Sambar recipe is now got ready to taste.

To make sambar recipe instantly all you need is a mixer grinder and good pressure cooker. Ready made tamarind paste saves even more time but I always prefer freshly extracted tamarind juice.
