- Cut celery just above base about 2-3 inches
- Place celery in bowl and add water and place in kitchen window
- After a couple days you will see a color change in the Celery. This means the celery is growing.
- After the celery has sprouted new leaves you can plant it in the small planter pot with good grow soil
Get enough re-growing and you could have enough to rotate and not buy celery again! After a few days, you should start seeing small leaves emerging from the very center of the top. In about a week, you may see small stalks and leaves, and tiny roots emerging around the base. Place the celery bowl on a sunny windowsill or near a window.
