- Wash the carrots, then shred them into very small pieces with a grater.
- When the cabbage is soft, drain and sieve
- Mix the carrots and cabbage in a tray
- Scoop a moderate quantity and mix with mayonnaise before serving
If needed season with a bit of salt. Pour dressing over shredded cabbage mixture: Place shredded coleslaw mix in a large bowl then pour the dressing mixture over. Toss together: Toss to evenly coat.
