  1. In a pot, add little oil, onion, Scotch bonnet, garlic, chicken shreds, curry & thyme. Fry while stirring. Add in the vegetables & stir
  2. Season to your taste & set aside to cool. Fill in the spring roll wrappers, glue edges with flour & water mixture. Fry in hot oil
  3. Leave no leftover
