  1. In a blender or food processor add your 2 drained cans of beans garlic cloves salt 2 TBS oil hot sauce 4 TBS parsley lemon juice and water and blend until smooth
  2. Pour in boil and sprinkle with little salt 2tbs oil sprinkle paprika and parsley on top serve with pita bread or crackers or veggies anything you like really… Enjoy
