Add the vegetables back into the pan. Pour the stir fry sauce over top and toss. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Add carrots and saute about a minute.

- Heat oil very hot. Add carrots fry 7 minutes
- Add onion. Add bok choy, garlic, ginger, and salt. Stirring occasionally. The bok chow will wilt.
- Cook till bok choy stems are tender but still a little crunch.
Saute about four minutes or until bok choy is wilted (but stems are still kind of crunchy). Add pepper and stir in the soy sauce right at the end. Add bok choy and toss until well coated with liquid. Cut and remove the lower part of the bok choy stems. Cut the (bigger) leaves lengthwise to halves.
