The ingredients needed to make Dhani delight:
  1. Take Jowar ki phulli ya dhani as it is called in most of the places
  2. Get Sugar
  3. Take Salt
  4. Prepare green chillies
  5. Prepare Finely chopped coriander
  6. Get Finely chopped tomatoes
  7. Prepare Peanuts with skin (soaked in water)
  8. Get Roasted gram dal (daaliya)soaked in water
  9. Get Lemon juice
Steps to make Dhani delight:
  1. Wash the phulli thouroughly in a big container as it contains sand
  2. Soak it for say 10 mins and drain in a strainer
  3. Take a pan or kadhai and put some two spoonful oil in it.
  4. Put mustard seeds and jeera and let them crackle
  5. Add haldi powder and soaked peanuts and daaliya green chillies
  6. Saute for two mins
  7. Now add the phulli salt sugar tomatoes lemon juice and mix it well and cover with a lid for a minute
  8. Garnish with coriander
  9. And serve it along with dahi (yoghurt or curd). Optional
  10. Perfect snack to have in summer afternoon
