Steps to make Steak and Veg:
  1. Chop onions and garlic. Add them to a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil, cook till soft.
  2. Chop and add mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar and stir.
  4. Chop and add peppers.
  5. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally.
  6. Start heating a griddle pan.
  7. Add olive oil, salt and plenty of pepper to one side of the steak.
  8. Place steak season side down on the pan and season the other side of the steak.
  9. Keep stirring the veg.
  10. Turn steaks half way according to your preference.
  11. Plate up.

Assemble all ingredients in a. slow cooker. Lovely, juicy rump steak with assorted veg, chips and love. Grill beef and vegetables at the same time, covered with grill lid.
