  1. Peel the turmeric, and ginger, and cut slice of ginger, turmeric, and lemon.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, aachar masala, and asafoetida. Saute till splutter.
  3. Now add green chilli, mix it well saute 1-2min. Off the flame.
  4. Now in a bowl take, turmeric, ginger, and lemon. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix it.
  5. Now add chilli mix and lemon juice in the bowl. Mix it well. Pour in the jar. Keep aside for 8-10 day. Our pickle is ready.
