- Prepare Rice
- Take Fresh pepper smoothly blended
- Take Chili pepper/ shombo smoothly blended

- Prepare Vegetable oil
- Make ready TuRmeric powder

Instructions to make TuRmeric Rice:
- Wash rice with cold water and mix with tuRmeric powder.
- Add into a pot of boiling water for some minutes to parboil then wash and set aside.
- Put pot on heat and allow to dry up, add vegetable oil and allow to heat up.
- Add tomatoes paste and all blended items and fry.
- Add meat stock/ruwan nama, maggi, tuRmeric powder, thyme, salt, and water then cover and allow to boil.
- Add rice, stir and cover to cook.
- Put sliced carrot, green beans and onions in a pan.
- Add little oil, curry, maggi and fry till it softens.
- Mix with your cooked tuRmeric rice and serve.
