- Add 2 tbsp oil in the pan. After heating add onion paste,tomato puree and little after add ginger-garlic paste and Capsicum slice.fry it.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Add some water and mix all well.
- After few minutes eggs are added to it and cook it. Add garam masala
