- Wash and soak all dal 2 hours.Take a grinder jar add all dal, ginger,green chilli & mint leaves to make a paste.
- Add all spices on dal mixture mix it well. Add wheat flour &salt mix it well. Add little water & yo make a paratha dough. Greased 1tbsp oil & Rest for 20 mints.
- Take one ball size from dough roll it as paratha size. Heat a tava put the paratha on tava, cook nicely on both sides. Add little ghee or oil & cook nicely. Panch Ratan Dal Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with butter & mint chutney.
